Our Story
Thorfit AI launched in 2026 as a new product from Thorfit LLC — a Wyoming-registered company founded in 2018. The product was built after years of watching small business owners lose customers to missed calls. Hiring a part-time receptionist costs more than most boutique studios can justify. Voicemail-to-email tools tell you who you missed but don't book anyone. Ruby was built for the gap in between.
The product is named Ruby — after Thorsten's daughter — because every missed call is a missed connection, and we wanted her name on something that helps small businesses stay connected with the people who need them.
We work exclusively with boutique fitness studios in the UK. Pilates, yoga, barre, reformer, hot yoga. We don't take on dental practices, medspas, or law firms — because we want to be the best in the world at understanding the specific rhythm of a movement studio.

Thorsten is a multi-business operator with over a decade of experience building companies across e-commerce, fitness, and Amazon consulting. He founded Thorfit LLC in 2018 and launched Thorfit AI in 2026 to bring enterprise-grade voice technology to the small businesses that need it most — boutique studios that lose real revenue every time the phone goes unanswered.
